Blood of Bahamut, the game which was announced via a countdown yesterday, has had a sneak peak revealed in this month's edition of Jump magazine. The magazine has confirmed that the game will be made for the Nintendo DS and that it is likely to be an Action RPG.

Too early to tell. It wasn't really confirmed, but the 4 player local multiplayer seems to suggest it is more of an action RPG than a squad-based tactical RPG.

Perhaps we'll know more when the official site opens up on Monday...

The timer on the .jp site says 1 day and stuff. Does that mean that the site will open then or that the game is coming out then?

Holy crap this is for the DS?! Dude this is going to be sweet when and if this comes out to America. Honestly I loved Shadow of the Collosus it was awesome. Hopefully when and if they make a Shadow of the Collosus sequel that it'll be a bit more easier to control your character. Maybe possibly set in the future?

Ahh ok thanks for clarifying that. I highly doubt you'll be fighting against something of that size. Unless the mountain on it's shoulder is scaled to a smaller size.

Whoa that thing must be massive, xD. I'd hate to have to go head to head with it. Wonder what the game will be like, can't wait to find out more info on this game.

PSPs do have their worth to though, I mean sure Nintendo is like a super power, although with the Wii I really can't say that about it to much, but Nintendo is awesome.

Yeah they keep pumping out games for the DS... probably because they keep reusing the FFIII engine for half of their games.. from the only tiny in game screen I can see, it looks like they'll use the FFIII engine for this game too.

And S-E is really hit and miss these days when it comes to new games.

And then there's the S-E tax.

So... this is a wait and see game for me.

That looks interesting. I'm sure the dual screens have a little to do with it, but I really wish they hadn't decided to develop a game like this (with tremendous enemies) for the weakest of this generation's hardware.

I want to have some Shadow of the Colossus sized fights on an HD system and not the DS with its tiny screens.

Really I can't stand cutscenes using both screens as it seems to cut it out and give me less of a visual picture. Will be checking out the video on the site.

But at least they're finally trying.

Which still sucks.

I really don't know about this game anymore really. I mean the trailer was a decent, but it's just the cutscenes and the style of the game. Seems to be a quick made game with very little to impress anyone with.

I still have to pick up The World Ends With You for the DS, I'll get that game a bit later in the future, if I can ever find it, lol.

The Final Fantasy 3 engine was not that great in my opinion, but I liked the way FFIV looked, although I didn't get to play it.

Hopefully this game won't be a dissapointment, and people really do start to enjoy it.
Will we ever get this game here????
Nope. From what I played it wasnt that impressive
