Voice Chat in PC gaming/FPSes

Jeez, I'm so late onto this scene
Anyway, is there such thing as voice chat built into a PC game? Something like Ventrilo built into the game.

Also, suggestions for good headset with mike and any good games with voice chat?

Anybody out there with a headset?

You mean like Unreal Tournament 2003/4 or Counter-Strike does?

Well, I have this normal Logitech Internet Chat Headset that I got at Wal-Mart for $15. While I don't use it that much, when I did it worked out pretty well. I'm sure there's better headsets out there, but for a good cheap solution, it does the job. The only problem I have with it is the little mic controller that's built into the wire. It usually ends up falling off my lap, since I don't have anywhere else to put it.

As for games that support voice chat, I know half life 1 does (don't know about HL2 though) as well as Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and of course Unreal Tournament 2004. In fact, the collector's edition of UT2004 comes with the Logitech Headset mentioned above.
