Mine seems fine. I ordered earlier today though. I think my order will be fine since they already shipped Pinocchio.

ok I got this deal to "work" BUT when I check my order status in my account, it showed the correct FULL PRICE. So those who think they got this deal, double check in your account page to see if the discount really applied. I think a lot of people are in for a rude surprise....

This happened to me. It showed as $26.98 for my grand total and I checked my e-mail and account and it shows no sign of discount. I am so disgusted...

And when I check my order price it says $26.98...no rude surprise here. I also have an email stating $26.98. Amazon would have to cancel the order....not change the price without notification. I have all the proof I need for my credit card company. They would back me up even if Amazon decided to try and change the price without notifying me. Chase has been a great company...fax them your proof of purchase and they back you 100%. They have always instantly credited back errant charges with a simple phone call. They have always left it up to the company to try and fight if they choose to do so.....never had a charge come back again after they gave me a credit for the errant charge.

Just a heads of for those who ordered, make sure you check and make sure they charged you the correct amount. I was charged $10 more than what I was showed on the email. Called Amazon and they credited me back the money. Apparently this is happening for a number of people.

What does your amazon order page show? If you see it there then that's your problem. My Amazon order page shows Pinocchio @ 14.07

Keep an eye on what they charge if they split ship your order. They just charged me $19.28 for Pinocchio with a discount of $5.21 applied. I guess I'll wait until they officially overcharge me when they ship Sleeping Beauty (I doubt it will ship for only $7.70) before calling to complain. My payment information for the order still shows $26.98.

Go email them and explain the situation to them. My guess is that they're going back and charging what it would be minus the incorrectly applied second discount.

Since you have an order confirmation showing the $27 price, ask them why they're doing it. I'm sure the answer will be a little amusing.

They charged me the extra $10 when Sleeping Beauty shipped 2 days after Pinnochio. I just e-mailed them. We'll see what happens.

People are funny......RELAX!!!!!! Yes...they charged me $36.98 when I had proof not only on their web site but with my email confirmation that the total was $26.98. I had them call me via the order page....great feature!!! They saw it was an error on their part and they not only issued a $10.00 refund to my credit card but also gave me a $10.00 promotional credit to my account for my next purchase. TWO THUMBS WAY UP FOR AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! :)

Not true. Odds are, you lucked out with the rep you got as its always a ymmv with these types of things. They are usually always exceptional, but some are just nicer than others.

Still, could have been worth a shot
