I'd like to sell all of the below to one buyer for $40 shipped. After looking up the eBay values, I think $40 is very fair.

I'd also be willing to trade for the entire lot. I'm mostly interested in Resident Evil 5 for the Xbox 360 but I'm willing to look at lists.

Does it come with a gamecube?

No... I do have a platinum Gamecube in great condition but no A/C adapter. Don't know where it went, lol. If I were to include the Gamecube, I'd bump this up to $55.
