Well I got the August issue in the mail 2 days ago and it has l4d 2 on the cover and inside where it talks about what all comes on the disk if you get the disk it talks about the premium theme/pics for l4d on the disk. So it is the August issue.
 
I have come across the same problem, and i phone the company directly and tell them the problem, and then they send me the disk, their service is good, i think. you should have a try of this.:D
 
Granted it's better because it's free, but if you don't feel like going through the hassle I'm sure it will pop up on the Marketplace during the summer. Anyone remember the three exclusive Rock Band tracks? Yeah, that lasted a good month and a half before they realized they could make more money by putting them up.
 
Anyone else have the August issue #99 disk who would be willing to mail it? I would think more than one person here would be willing to help out?

i just picked this up yesterday for the l4d theme and user pics. i'd be willing to send it out if we can get a train going...save some cash and paper on all the extra magazines.

@OP, did you get someone to send it to you yet? if not, i'll send it to you first and you can pass it to the next person.

thought i'd post and update since i'm already getting pm's asking me for the disc.

i'm getting set to send it off to dmzauk tonight, but i'd like to get it to as many CAG-ers as possible. i've been lurking here for a while and have snagged some great deals, so i'm glad to help out :)

to make it fair, we should try to stick to the order people have expressed interest in this thread, so once you're done getting the content from the disc, if you could get in touch with whoever posted below you and send it their way i think this will work.

so if you'd like to save yourself 10 bucks on the magazine and don't mind waiting a bit for the disc to make the rounds, post in this thread and let us know you're interested

To all who would like to get the disk,

Once I get the theme and pics off the disk, I will come back to this thread and see who was next in line that requested the disk be sent to them. I will then send a PM asking for that persons address and get it sent to you the same day.

If you do not respond back to me within 2 days I will move on to the next person. I say 2 days so it gives the person time to come back to the forum and check there mail and such.

If you would like to have the disk sent to you please say so in this thread and I will add your name to the sign-up sheet.

Please be patient too, it may be a couple weeks before you get the disk depending on where you are in line.

while we are on this subject, does anyone have the disc with the 3 free rock band tracks on it?

Also the past 3 issues have had themes:
Lost planet 2
Resident Evil 5
now L4D.

we should open the list to all of these if there are people willing to send them.

I would be interested in the Lost Planet 2, Resident Evil 5, and Rock Band track OXM DVDs if that train gets started.

Anyone willing to mail me there demo disc with the L4D pics & theme, I'll be thankful and be sure to send it back them asap. Just message me if your willing to help out a fellow CAG.

UPDATED - Sign-up sheet for receiving the xbox 360 disk that has the Left 4 Dead premium theme and gamer pics. Once you are done with the disk please contact the next person after you and mail the disk to them.

@dmzauk - the disc is in the mail as of this morning...should be there in a few days

@dburger - i checked my gamerpics last night and i definitely don't have the hand. i even tried re-installing the content from the disc. looks like they forgot to put it on there.
