Has anyone bought the full version of Crystal Defenders on PS3?

Would you recommend it? Is it worth it? I debating between Rockman 9 (Mega Man 9) and Crystal Defenders.

I don't know which one to get.

I'm pretty sure the PSN version hasn't been released in any region. I can't find any info on it having been, anyway.

EDIT: I was finally able to find this article talking about it. Pretty weird that I haven't heard hardly anyone talk about it, and no sites even mention its release.

So far, it's only been released in Japan. I have checked on the US store and didn't see it. I have some credits left on the Japanese store. I was debating between Rockman 9 (Mega Man 9) and Crystal Defenders but it seems like no one has tried it. I was hoping for a good tower defense game.
 
The 360 version is pretty cool. Fairly hard for my novice self, but I've managed to beat about 9 of the 12 stages. Is there a difference between this and the 360 version? It's also out on Wii is it not?
