Looking for some good recycle shops in Tokyo

I'm heading back to Tokyo soon on vacation and would love to know of any good non-Book Off recycle shops in the Tokyo area. I've seen some great articles on places that are a couple hours outside Tokyo via the train, but I don't think my wife would like to waste an entire day on visiting one of these places.
