Some ok deals here, but most games I can either wait for cheaper prices (Dead Rising on Wii) or are not worth it at even those prices. Also most games I have seen cheaper elsewhere multiple times. Thanks CheapyD

On another note, I actually enjoyed Legendary on 360, so for $15 its a maybe. (most people don't agree with me, but I did pass it and enjoyed it in the end, but its more rental material)
 
Oh man FEAR 2 and MKvsDCU are sooo tempting at those prices. It's going to be hard to resist picking those up... I'll see if I can make it the next 6 days without making a purchase.

I see they also have Gears of War 2 for $32.99. That's funny, Amazon has it cheaper brand new.
 
I was waiting for the next one of these...I was holding out for Force Unleashed though. I may pick up Underworld if my self-control is particularly weak later on.
 
is this the best price for SF4 does any one know of a better one, $60 and $50 were to much for me but this seem just about right.

also im going to get king of fighter12 i put $10 down at gamestop on a whim now im thinkin it wasn't such a good idea as stores usually have 5 to $10 buck off or gift cards on new games-can i get my money back or screw it just buy it there.

I think the best price is on SFIV for 360, but otherwise I think we've had better prices on new copies at NewEgg, BB etc. for some of the other highlights.

I cant buy games without having a gamefly account?

I have purchased from them before without having an account with google checkout..

Any one know why non members cant buy games?

DBZ Burst Limit is horrible. Any entry from the Budokai or Tenkaichi series is better than this game.
 
I miss the daily deal they did awhile back. Picked up like 3 copies of Unreal Tourney 360 when they were $10 last year. They had a lot of good daily deals, but these are pretty meh.

Also, you can grab MK Vs DCU for $29.99 after Edge at Gamestop ($15 off + Edge discount due to their sale makes it $29.99 even... just got me one) if you don't feel like waiting for them to ship.

I tried the Wii version and it's not that great. Just a mediocre offroad racer with passable graphics and laughable physics.
 
Good deals on FEAR 2 and Street Fighter IV, but I don't think I can pull the trigger. Tomb Raider and LoTR Conquest are already in the mail from Gamestop's sale. I don't want to develop too hefty of a backlog.
 
I don't think there's been a good GF sale since the end of year sale from 2008...There hasn't been a single game that has interested me in a long time.

I was about to reply that $30 w/ free shipping is pretty good for SF4, but looking at Gamestop, it seems the price has dropped to $39.99 ($34.99 used). I have too many games now as it is, so I'll wait for it to hit around $20.
 
Many of you are thinking about their year end clearance sale where they had many games for $10. That only happens at the end of each year.

They sometimes have one game specials, but these prices are pretty normal Gamefly operation. Most are not terrible prices; just be aware of going rates.

Had to pick up Legendary. I'll pick up any 1st/3rd person game for $15 for 360. I also got Baja 1000 since I don't have that one and it was $10.

I don't know if you have any Hollywood Video's around you, but Far Cry 2 seemed to be very plentiful in the HWV's by me... I got one for $5 as part of their sale they have going on right now.

Yes, I know, unfortunately, the only Hollywood Video nearby also has a Gamecrazy, so the sale doesn't apply. :cry:
