Actually there has been some word that the kid was a dickhead to begin with and had problems with being given up for adoption. I could entirely see the kid lying about it.

I hate the term rape being used for this, when it clearly says in the article "Seduced"

The kid banged his mom, end of story. Now I don't know everything, but I assume he knew it was his mother. If he didn't, then that's definitely messed up.
 
I was thinking about this last night. It might be something like the mom found him on MySPace, met up with him (heck, she might not have even said who she was until she saw him in person) and he was pissed off about it and lied to the police to get back at her.

BTW: That's a Michigan driver's license on a chain around her neck. (It might be just a state ID card, if she doesn't have a license.) I mention this because I've known people that, when the police suspend your license, they punch a hole in the corner of the card. That way, you still have ID, but police can tell you're not supposed to be driving without having to look you up in the system.

Of course, it might be an old ID that she punched herself...but I have never seen anyone wear their license on a necklace before...
 
Also, I'm starting to believe she is innocent. It seems the kid isn't an angel himself.

What is starting to appear had happened was that the adoptive parents gave permission for her and her son to see each other many months ago. It looks like the kid said something happened and CPS notified the police. Whether or not anything did happen, CPS has to report it for the cops to investigate.

Again, the more I find and piece together, the more I'm starting to think she is innocent. Of course, if she is innocent, her life is pretty much ruined now, since this has gone nation-wide...
 
So, either she's a sick mother fker, or she has a deranged son who met his real mommy and lied about being raped by her. Either way, that is one seriously polluted gene pool.

In this story it seems like the word 'rape' is being used in a statutory sense, because it says he was seduced, so I'm curious if he found out later or if it was something more complicated and fucked up than it already is.
