Not too bad of a deal for those who couldn't get in on anything better. It is $8.23 off retail, so it isn't too bad. Better then buying it at say Gamestop or Wal-Mart.

It seems to be both, but it would probably be better to go B&M as they do not charge shipping.
I ended up just getting it the cheapest I could find it too. Buy.com has it for $51.99 free shipping and no taxes. As long as you don't mind waiting up to a week for shipping (you can pay more for faster shipping) after release day you also still get the Sgt. Johnson skin pre-order bonus.

Nice deal on the Buy.com version. Makes it worth the wait because it comes with the Sgt. Johnson skin....the sellable skin!
