Hey guys not sure where to put this or if anyone even cares but is this CheapyD in this clip?

It's around the 41 second mark. Looks a lot like him and looks like he's playing with a Japanese Wombat.
Either way you should at least watch it for the cute host girl.

I'm gonna be looking for Cheapy in every Japanese Video Game conference from now on. A very geeky version of Where's Waldo. Instead of looking for a guy in stripped clothing, a nightcap, and glasses, you'll look for a bald Caucasian among a bunch of Asians.

... This is gonna be a lot easier than Where's Waldo.
