i guess the wrong package got delivered somewhere...

these look pretty cool for that price. What is the official size notebook this will fit? it looks like 15"'s, if so, that's exactly what I have...

edit: oic, up to 17"...

It says up to 17", but suprisingly enough I can fit my 19" in there, because they stretch so much.

Does the first link include a handle or shoulder strap? I'm posting from my iPhone so it's hard to see.

The first is just the sleeve, no strap or handle. But the second comes with both a handle, and a removable strap.
