Ending the Auction:
This Auction will NOT have a solid end time. I will not be posting the exact ending time, but I will tell you it will end sometime between 9:00pm and 10:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on January 31st, 2010. Once I post saying AUCTION OVER - NO MORE BIDS ACCEPTED, that is it and nothing further will count.
I do not like sniping. I also do not like sorting through 75 last minute bids to find out the winners and make an extra $10. So, if you plan to win, your best option is to make a decent bid early!

Shipping/Payment:
If you win one item, shipping is $3.00 *Each additional item will be $1.50. The only exception to this are international bidders. If you win an auction, you will be paying ACTUAL shipping. I will let you decide which method you would like it shipped.

Most of my games are complete/mint; w/no scratches on disc unless otherwise specified. If any, I will be very specific on defects. Most of them have not even been played. I have a very deep backlog and it's time to unload them. I am having this auction because I am currently unemployed, need money for a new PC, and I have lost the desire to play a lot of older games. I am aware that I only have 4 feedback, but I usually only buy games that are new so the trading scene is not something I have participated in. I decided to use CAG due to the pain in the ass Ebay/Paypal fees.

I'm not sure on this, but I would assume that one could have a lowball sale with even 1 iTrader feedback? I don't think there is any set rule in the forum about not being able to have a lowball sale. Maybe dv8mad just does not want to put his name on the sale as your iTrader is low? So I think you can have the lowball sale, but just without dv8mad's name on it.

I could be wrong, but I really don't think there is any rule stating that you need a certain amount of feedback to have one.

Nothing against you personally, but there were a couple instances of new people jumping in and screwing people over. I really didn't want to be associated with that as I'm sure you can understand.

I'm trying to find the FAQ for new members but I can't. How long do you have to be a member or whats the requirements for a lowball participant?

No no no, you can do a lowball, man. It just won't be sponsored by dv8. Which I'm not even sure means much anyway. (Sorry dv8, my lowball was just really successful) You can definitely have a lowball, and you don't have to ship first or anything dumb like that.
 
There is nothing stopping you from having a lowball so I say go ahead. Make sure you are clear on the end time and the rules and you will be fine. Some higher feedback users may require you ship first or you can work something out if the order is high enough. I say start the lowball already.
 
If you arent going to ship first, you may want to make that clear in your rules, because I think most people will assume otherwise, as that is the norm with deals on CAG. Its not absolutely necessary but the more you cover in your rules the less issues youll have later.

NO! Make it a random end time so you can avoid sniping. Just say it'll end sometime between "X and X hours"
 
Jeez, I hadn't seen the whole list yet. I know no one keeps track, but it wouldn't shock me one bit if this was one of the most lucrative single-user lowballs ever.
