Well, in general, first generation Ubisoft PS3 games had large mandatory installs AND long load times. But maybe you can say that about a lot of first-generation, third-party PS3 games.

Maybe, but that isn't saying much since Splinter Cell is an awesome series. It's like saying Devil May Cry 2 was the worst DMC game. It's true but it was still great, IMO.
