Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles

Tell me about it, please.
Never played a FFCC game more than 10min.
What FFCC games are out there? Any good? What kind of game(s) is/are they? What console(s) is it for?

I'm asking because I read the review for Crystal Bearers (& it blows, imo) but apparently this one is 'different' than the others.

The Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles game for Gamecube is the original CC and the best one. The only reason why it's not as vastly popular as it would otherwise be is because the multiplayer required each player to have a GBA and link cable. The one player quest, however, can be played with the standard GC controller.
