How big are the average PS2 game save file? How many game saves could you fit on a 8MB card? I'm going to be getting a PS2 soon so I was wondering if one card would be enough for a fair amount of games. Thanks for any help!
 
Really depends on the game. Some games like Gran Turismo 4 take up like 1/6 of your memory card.

Most games are relatively small and you should fit at least 15-20 games on there.

Usually 80-600 KB, a standard memory card should be plenty for now but you might need one in the future when your PS2 collection expands.
 
On the back of every game it states how much KBs/MBs it requires on a memory card. How much space is on the memory card is either stated on the card itself or it's packaging. An average memory card for ps2 is 8 MB.
I think I have close to 25 saves, with room for more.
