Good iPod touch games

Hey, I just got some iTunes money for my B-Day tomorrow, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend some great iPod touch games. Also, if you could give me a heads up on how some of the name brand ones actually play, that'd be great. I want the Assassin's Creed game, but I'm not sure how it is. Thanks for any help in advance.

I would start with Rolando 1+2 and Eliss. Unique titles to the ipod touch and all a blast to play.

Have the first Rolando. Is the second really different?

I was looking at N.O.V.A., because people said it was like a portable Halo, but I'm not sure.

I have heard some good things about Nova. But I have never gotten used to playing the first person shooters on the iphone. Just does not feel too natural to me.

Doodle Jump (great great quick game)

canabalt (great game. Just takes one finger to play which works really well with the IPOD)

Angry Birds (like Boom Blocks but in 2d)

Lets Golf (like Hot Shots golf)

Seed (Free RPG that is pretty good, and its Free!)

HomeRun Battle 3D

Mini Squadron (really good feeling controls on this game)

And a bunch others but these are my favorite right now.
