Batman: Arkham Asylum Collector's Edition Drops to $60 at Amazon

still waiting for it to plunge to under $30

I own it (it was cheaper in thanksgiving season), and it's (honestly) not worth it. The extras are no way worth 15 bucks (the difference between this and the standard edition).. unless you're a Batman ultra-fan, and I assume most of those already own the game.
