Can you identify this version of GUN?

Got a puzzle here. This is the version of GUN that I received from Goozex. I didn't really think anything was wrong with it until I put up some pics of my game collection in another thread here on CAG, and someone pointed out that the spine looked funny.

The cover art is "legit" as in it was made on a commercial printing press with the right kind of paper, not printed from someone's printer. However, it doesn't seem to be the standard cover art. Note that there is no UPC on it either. Anybody got a clue as to what this is about? The disc and manual inside look like the standard versions but what's with the cover?

Did I get some kind of pre-release cover or something? I guess that since it says "RP" instead of "M" for the ESRB rating. Check the spoiler tag for the pics.

It looks like one of the preorder boxes they have at GS. I think I like that cover better than the standard one.

Looks like you got a advertisement case. Like they have sitting at gs before a game is released.

TBH I prefer the yellow standard cover better than this one. If anyone has a standard cover that is in at least as good condition (mine's just got a small ruffle on the bottom right corner) I'd be down for a trade.
