Valve releases cryptic clues in recent portal patch, possible Portal 2 announcement?

Here's a tl;dr summary of what has happened over the past day

Lot of speculation going on now, wondering what everyone else is thinking.

Could be portal 2, ep.3, or a prequel. there are plenty of hints out there to suggest a Portal connection with Ep.3, namely in the mention of the Borealis and Aperture Science at the end of ep.2.

But all this Cave Johnson stuff suggests a possible prequel. Almost certainly a weird love story between Glados and Cave, ending up with Cave ditching Glados...which would explain why Glados acts like a bitchy ex girlfriend :lol:

either way, we win and it'll probably be announced at GDC.

If that actually happened I'd love it. It'd just be hilarious.

Another new update to portal, now when you beat the game you're dragged away and a robot thanks you for assuming the party position. Also a few more cryptic sounds in the GCF.
