I traded in some video games to Amazon and got $95. I wanted to know if there's any way that I can trade/sell this money for cash/PayPal so I can buy something not offered on Amazon? (iPhone, possibly)

Thanks for the info.

Could you apply it to a gift card and then sell that off? Or buy something off of Amazon that you know is in demand and holds value and then sell that off? You are going to be looking at a 10-15 percent loss any way you cut it.

wildcpac, I just tried to buy a giftcard and it looks like it wouldn't let me do it without paying by credit card :(. I could do what you said but it seems a hassle to me for the small amount of $95 I have.

and JJSP if you could point me at where/how to get an iphone on Amazon, I'd buy one, I just can't find it and I don't think they do sell them :\.

Was the giftcard sold by another party other than Amazon? Maybe that is why you couldn't use your credit.

Amazon doesn't allow you to buy Amazon giftcards with previous credit or applied giftcards. Only way I can think of is to buy some game or item somebody might want. Otherwise just hold onto it and pick up some games in the future in the fall. Sure it would be nice to have that money now, but you probably traded into Amazon since you know you'll buy more stuff from there sooner or later.
