This cant be good.

A blank GD-Rom is what they use in the development stage of dreamcast games. Kinda like a prototype of sorts.
 
Yea man, its illegal, but at the same time, it isnt an official prototype, its a bootleg. Something that someone made on their own computer using one of segas blank gd-rom cds.
 
So essentially it's a full game on a GD-Rom that he downloaded from the net or ripped from his own game? That's pretty dumb.
