This game came out in 2008, but I just got it a couple of days ago, so don't call this review late 
The game is definitely one of the best, if not the best, portable games of all time. It has a great storyline, great combat action, and for a second, I thought I was playing on a PlayStation
You are Kratos, a battle thirsty spartan (nickname of "Ghost of Sparta"), who is enslaved to the gods of Olympus. They agree to keep his nightmares out of his head, as long as he does 'jobs' for them.
You start the game in the city of Attica, which was over run by Persians. Your main goal is to stop the Basilisk, a huge, fire breathing creature, from destroying the city. The story twists up to the points where Kratos goes to the underworld, and meets his daughter in the Elysium Fields.
Extremely fun, great graphics, a must have game. Probably the only reason you should own a PSP.
