  • Coupon is valid in store (B&M Locations) only, it does not work online.
  • Just print the coupon, not the whole ad.
  • Coupon can be printed from this thread by right clicking on the image, selecting view image, then pressing print.
  • Coupon DOES NOT stack with any other offer, except EDGE cards.
  • Coupon will be valid on the start date of the weekly ad, not earlier. (YMMV on if the employees will do manual override, not recommended.)

Man... I used to look forward to seeing this posted on Thursdays. It seemed like every week there was at least ONE thing that was good... It's now at the point where I sometimes don't even think to look at the ad until the sale week is almost over. BLAH!

I think we're done seeing 20% off any game coupons. I have way too many games right now that I guess it's good I won't be shopping at GS anytime soon.

You can use this on 360 games, though. I used the old coupon with God of War 3 to get myself Mass Effect 2, then just return GoW without a hitch. I might do the same with this one to pick up FFXIII on 360 if I can find it used, which hopefully won't be a problem. :)

Well the price drop on "Again" is decent news (from the makers of Hotel Dusk). But even though I was gonna pick up SC:C, I dont think there is a game I want to pick up with it.

Edit: On second thought, that would be just right for paring with The Saboteur. This coupon may not be worthless after all....
 
I'm actually kind of hoping now that next week is a 25 percent off a game coupon when you buy Monster Hunter Tri.

I actually reserved Monster Hunter Tri and don't expect the price to drop like a rock in two months, like every Ubisoft game.
 
After all of GS's sales online I don't really care wth there coupon is or the used deals of the week. I just hope they eventually offer 20% coupons again even if that means waiting a while.
 
Wow, how is Gamestop moving their used stock these days with zero good coupons and no B2G1 sales? Man back in the day, they had that sale at least once a month!

I can't imagine most buyers are dumb enough to pay $55 dollars for a used title.

I think most are. Last time I was at GS for 5 minutes I saw people paying money in case their game needed to ever be returned, people buying DS games at GS $35 premium price, etc.
 
Indeed. GS knows what they are doing. They don't need coupons or B2G1 deals to move used product. They only need those things to get people like us into the store. The average consumer still buys from them, no matter what. Plus, many stores will push the used product on you. So, a mother goes into the store to buy some game for her kid, and the employee will be like, "Oh, would you like to save $5 by buying one of our used copies?"

EDIT: well fuck... the copy was in complete :roll:. It is ok though. Ended up using it on RE: Darkside Chronicles for $22.xx after coupon and edge.

Not that anyone really cares, but if you are trading in one of the "Save $25" titles towards SCC and you want to use the coupon, both will work on the same transaction without any extra input from the clerk.
 
I picked up a mint copy of Just Cause 2 for 35 using this coupon... I got super excited that I found the game and got even luckier that the manager at my Gamestop let my buy the game at the midnight launch... He might've been a little bothered by it, but obviously not enough to seem like an ass. Needless to say, I had a very good exprience at this store.
