Hearts of Iron III is good, plus it has an expansion on the way. I myself picked up EUIII as I had been waiting for it to either go on sale or price drop.

These are DEEP historical strategy games that have a learning curve like the side of a cliff. If you like strategy games and have the patience to learn then these games are worth MANY times more than the $14.99 each.
