Hell to the yes!

Jumped on the Godfather set, Star Trek OG movie set, and the Dexter 3 pack (which was listed as shipping within 1-2 days). If the OOS ones fail, no biggie...
 
I feel that these will be cancelled. I'm going ot put an order in though. I mean the star trek blu ray original series is worth about $150 minimum. Actually more than that. Here is hoping to get them though.
 
Will absolutely be cancelled due to a pricing error but went ahead and put in an order to see if we might get some gift codes out of it.

Yeah, I just couldn't pass up. If these were to somehow go through and I didn't order anything, I'd be kicking myself for weeks.
 
ordered thru JR and thru Amazon. the star treks, dexter, and godfather. see how this goes. only took a cpl mins of my time

Even if my order does get cancelled, it was worth my time to place the order and feel the excitement of getting the Godfather films, Dexter, and Star Trek series for a tad over $10 each.

Now, if even one goes through, this will make my week (Hoping it's Dexter).

we got 3 amazon account so i tossed one star trek per account (2 accounts ) and one dexter


hopefully get some gift codes out of it

anyone remember walmart sold the DVD verisons of some star trek for like 5 each for the entire series and they shipped them
 
$5 for National Parks was easily J&R's best idea!

Hahaha yeah really. I'm not even a Star Trek fans but I ordered the 1-3 Seasons and the Motion Picture Trilogy.
 
I ordered The Godfather set(says out of stock but ordered it anyway) and Star Trek original series set plus Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans for 9.99. We'll see what happens.
 
So when you finalize the order through Amazon, does Amazon then fulfill it through their own stock and bill J&R? Reason I ask is because if that's the case, then there's a good chance those orders will go through since Amazon is generally lightning fast at shipping them out (even on Sunday).

No, J&R just has their own store front on Amazon. Unless you see "Fulfilled By Amazon" then it is all done through J&R's inventory.

The main advantage is you can use Amazon GCs on the purchase.

I still think/hope these were just heavily discounted because they haven't sold any in a while..
 
Ok everyone, lets be sure when these orders are canceled that no one gets their panties in a bunch, you KNOW it is a mistake.
 
So after I first made my order, there was a cancel order button on my Amazon order page. I just looked now and the button was gone and the status said "Completed" with a track package button, but there is no DC number tied to it.

Ditto, but the tracking info wouldn't be up until tomorrow morning at the earliest anyways. Guess we'll know by then if it went through!

Wish I'd known Amazon credit was a valid payment option because I have enough. I just checked out without trying. :\

And my order finally showed up on the J&R website.
 
Don't know if this is relevant or not...but my Paypal was charged for the transaction. I know the site states they DO NOT charge unless the item is shipping soon or has shipped...so it might be a small gleam of hope?
