Generally we only let the in-store deals go through if they beat the online ones, since it's tougher to verify them. (And at the time they were both the same price somewhere online.)
That said, we're changing to community moderation soon, so if enough people decide it's worth going up it'll make it through. I'm having to stick to some pretty harsh moderation rules just to get through everything at the moment.
