I've already done a little something-something to my OG Xbox so I can install XBMC on it. It's good but I want to pimp it out to turn it into a kick-ass media center -- install the biggest hard drive it will support, sexy theme / dashboard / icons, the works.
Problem is, that I've looked online but everything seems horribly outdated. That's where I need your guys' help. Anybody done this recently and could help a brotha' out, or at least point me somewhere with current guides. I've checked xbox-scene, but it's too general and not really helping.
