I have a lot of games that I really don't care for. Mainly my PS2 collection. The only question is that my PS2 collection is full of very crappy titles as well as good ones. Am I better off selling it as a bundle or individually? I have my collection listed on this site for the most part but still I don't want to sell the good games individually and be stuck with Blitz .. etc. I was thinking craigslist or here pretty much. Any tips would help!

Yeah I do have the same problems as you, and I am looking around places for good advice.

No doubt there are games that can be sold by itself (FF series, MGS...) and those that may need to bundled together with other lesser games (Puzzle Quest, anyone?)

So far I've just decided to list them all on craigslist in one big game sales ad. I've got pretty decent offers, but now I have trouble of deciding whether I'm not getting ripped off or being too lenient. :(

Sports games tend to have the worst value, since its get "updated" every year. You may want to bundle your sports game accordingly.

At Racketboy.com, members do suggest checking VGPC.com to get a feel of the market price for each game, though the prices isn't what everyone is willing to pay for.

That's a very good idea skyknight! I forgot about the crappy value of the older ones. I usually see 100's of them, in the bins at gamestop usually and they always go for like a few dollars. I decided to check out that site, and see what each is selling, and I come up with high values because some of the games people want like street fighter anniversary are going for quite a bit. Also, I might bundle time crisis 2 and 3 together with the guns I have since I can get a bundle out of that.

I would say just bundle all of the games together after getting an averaged price for the whole bundle and stick to your guns on that price for the bundle.

That's what I did about 2 years ago when I sold my PS2/XBox collection, though I had NO sports games whatsoever in there.

People here and on Craigslist will try to cherry pick the better titles, leaving the rest of the crap that's pretty much worthless that you'll have to sell for next to nothing.

So again, bundle it all together, set a price and stick to it.

That maybe true if you are in a hurry to get rid of the games, you gotta determine what could maximize your value. Having all games sold together doesn't mean you will fetch a sale that is greater than several smaller bundles.

Sports games are difficult to get rid of. For them take what you can get and don't be stingy.

For the best value I use a combination of CAG, eBay, and Goozex.

CAG - For trading. Maybe do a lowball sale, those seem popular nowadays. It's a great way to get rid of a ton of games quick. Just don't expect much for those sports games.
eBay - Since they rape you with fees it's really only worth it for a large bundles or rare games that fetch high prices
Goozex - Check out the site and see if it's good for you. Goozex requires patience. It's not a quick way to get rid of games but you get a fair value. I find the site to be great for those not-so-rare but popular games. Try to find games around the 300 point range. After 5 or 6 trades you should have plenty to get whatever games you want.
