Wiki hosting? Thinking of converting "How Long Does It Take To Beat This Game Thread"

CAGiversary!
I've been using the "How Long Does It Take To Beat This Game Thread" for a while now. There doesn't seem to be much consolidated information out there on the net with average game times and that thread is one of the best resources I've found.

As a CaG I find it really good info how long a game is because I like to maximize my gameplay time per buck I spend. If a game is only 6 hours on single player I refuse to pay any more than $20 for it for example.

Problem is, it (unfairly) relies on one forum member to read the feedback posted by others and then update it himself. As the database grows it's also getting a little beyond the intended scope of a single forum post. It seems to me the perfect solution to this would be to setup a Wiki where people can just input the data themselves. Unfortunately though I have no clue how to setup a Wiki.

So, would CaG be interested in setting something like this up and hosting it? Does anyone else see value in this or am I out to lunch on this suggestion? The original creator of the thread is on board with this but doesn't know how to setup a Wiki either.

Thanks in advance for any feedback on this!

I think at one point I suggested completion time be added to the game collection database... it never was though. That would be ideal, especially if it could be incorporated similarly to the rating and valuation, where everyone's input would just be averaged out.

So no interest from the site to incorporate something like this?

Putting it into the game collection database is a great idea and I imagine it wouldn't be too much work?

Sorry for the delay. We have a wiki already installed on CAG. We need to make some adjustments to allow everyone to edit it.

Thanks for the reply. What about incorporating it into the game collection database, is that an easier option?
