If you pre-order on PlayAsia, do you always get all the pre-order bonuses?

This is for ordering Tales of Graces F that also comes with "a dramatic DVD with an extra skit, a Tales of Graces F PS3 theme, and a code to download three extra costumes."

I have heard from posts online that PlayAsia delivers on pre-order bonuses if you do pre-order the game, I just wanted to make sure. The PS3 theme and costume DLC code are going to be printed on the DVD itself, so I really wouldn't wanna miss out on it.
