Hey question for everyone, do i want to get bioshock 2, dragons age, or final fantasy? I want them all but am trying to choose only one. Not really looking for an RPG but am very undecided.
(Actual register date 3/3/2009, not sure why I switched accounts)

Dragon's Age for sure. Fantastic game.

I absolutely love FXIII (especially it's combat system) but i know a lot of people didn't like how linear it is (the first 10+ chapters are basically tutorial, each opening up new aspects of the combat system). Eventually, the game opens up a bit more, but by then some people have long given up on it. However, if you embrace it, it's an absolutely fantastic combat system -- you don't give orders so much as pick team strategies, but it works really well.

Bioshock 2 -- have it. still haven't gotten around to opening it.

I just got stabbed in the neck by Gamefly.

Saturday - Bought Trauma Team - $19.99 = $24.00 - Gamefly
Sunday - Bought Punch Out Wii - 19.99 = $22.89 - GoHastings.com

I blame myself for being impatient. lol

If you're not in the mood for an RPG then Dragon Age might be a little too overwhelming. FFXIII on the other hand, is long but you can really jump in and out of the game and plow through segments quite smoothly since it has such a streamlined design.

And I'm not a big Bioshock fan so that's your call.

At this rate I'll run out of room to put all my games. Damn my impulse behavior.

picked up bioshock 2 since it was a few bucks cheaper and still might pick up one of the other two.

Bought Alpha Protocol, was waiting for the free shipping. I've heard good things, and I wouldn't be able to wait, except that I'm playing two other games and just bought the RB3 kit ... which will get here ... eventually.

Any opinions on PoP for 13 bucks?

Damn. I should have waited a month on PoP. That shit always happens to me. Anyways, I'd say it is worth $13. Its pretty basic and easy though.

I've been waiting on Alpha Protocol myself. Just hard to pull the trigger knowing it might drop again next month. Plus, with Black Ops coming out soon, might not get any attention from me.

There are 2 PoP, but I don't see any of them listed at 13$. The 2008 PoP which is cell shaded is a very easy game, but the scenery is lush and beautiful once you clear an area. For me, the story is so-so, but it concludes well. The ending is one of the greatest ending in a videogame.

The deals seem weak for the ps3. Nothing for me this time around.

Man, should have waited on Alpha Protocol and Forgotten Sands, picked them up for $15 and $13 last month, respectively, from gamefly no less...and haven't played either yet.

May bite on FF13 and/or Bayonetta.

dante's inferno worth it?

Dante's Inferno is a fun game, I beat it on normal in about 7-8 hours. Given during my first play through I was trying to find all the collectibles. My second play through on easy only took 3 hours to run through to finish up my achievements to 1000G. Game is 12.99 on gamefly ... turn it in to Amazon for 12.50. The game cost you 50cents to rent :)

Bayonetta, Bioshock 2, Final Fantasy XIII, Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell Conviction, Dragon Age Origins, Left 4 Dead 2, all of them are very good, even at their respectable prices, Now's a good time to go get them!

Fuck. If I wasn't saving all my money for the B&N Criterion sale, I would've just cashed out. Here I was thinking about getting out of playing video games, then I get reminded of how awesome these GF sales are.

I have a still-sealed, purchased on release copy of Battlefield Bad Company 2 Limited. I should just stop buying anything on release, even at a discount.

In for the Prince is Right 2010 for the wii--kind of like the Prince of Persia meets the Price is Right-if you get the price wrong you can rewind time and get another crack at getting it right.

but seriously very tempted at picking up some games at these great prices-
