Mac book pro logic board

Here's a tip: Next time buy an Applecare plan or don't buy proprietary hardware. Best bet would either be finding somebody selling the same model w/ a broken screen, or try a local independent Mac shop, they may have something used. Maybe some of the Mac forums have bst sections. Otherwise, just buy something else. IMO, it's not worth shelling out that much to fix a 3yo notebook, even a MBP.
