Any way we can get a WikiPost option here?

At SD (slickdeals) there's an option to create a "Wiki Post" right below the original poster's post. This is very handy for some threads that need updating often, but the OP themselves isn't actively updating. Basically it saves people from having to sift through the thread to see the latest deal, code, etc...

Would it be possible to implement something like that here? I know it might now work well with certain threads like the GS trade-in value one where the OP makes multiple posts in a row to post values of different consoles, but it'd be useful in others.
