Congratulations to the CAG community, who raised $46,659.23 for this year's Child's Play charity drive, bringing our grand total since 2004 to $164,787. Thanks to the generous CAGs who donated money, prizes, and both and to our corporate sponsors Play-Asia, n-space, EnterPlay, and Penguin United.

CAG lunker takes home the grand prize of every current generation console and handheld, plus a $500 gift card to the retailer of his choice. The full list of winners can be found below.

Last year, CAGs raised over $42,000 for Penny Arcade's Child's Play charity. This year, I'm setting the target at $60,000.

For every $5 donated via PayPal through the CAG ChipIn system, you will receive one entry into a raffle to win a bundle which includes a gaming bundle valued at over $2000, a $500 Play-Asia gift certificate and other great prizes! Each year, the CAG Community donated some really cool and generous prizes and I'm sure the tradition will continue. I expect the prize list (see below) to grow and grow until the very end of the fundraiser.

You must donate through the ChipIn system by 12/31/10 or your raffle entry will not register. Use any of the ChipIn links in this post or the widget below. Just click the "ChipIn" button to donate. Donations are accepted via PayPal and go directly to Child's Play. ChipIn tracks our donations as a group, but the money is immediately deposited into Child's Play's PayPal account.

great to see the "CAG Everything Wins Bundle". Will try to at least match my $10 donation last year but cash has been tight. Maybe will do a prize donation (do these provide an entry?)
 
I'd really like to know where older games that are bought by these kids go. I don't want to be donating to parents who just take games home from the hospital.

Damn right we can, this goal shall be overcome like those in the past.
 
I'm really poor this year; kinda went backwards in my pay at work :( So, don't know if I can really chip in much cash, however I'm going to donate some games to hopefully inspire those that can to give. I'm sure the goal will be met!

Just checked out the map of hospitals that are part of the Child's Play system. Nice feature. One is near where I live, and one is near where I grew up. :bouncy:

I'll have to donate when I figure out my charity budget for the year. I do like to give to Child's Play each year, via CAG, of course. ;)

EDIT: Only took me until December 31st, but I gave for the year! :)

Donated my yearly amount in thanks to CAG for supplying these wonderful deals year round and for the CAGcast crew for their podcast of greatness. Also helps that this is going towards children in need. Everyone wins!

I have a job this year, so I can donate some money again. Will postpone it until after christmas shopping and sales though.

Just donated $5. Will be donating in 5's in the coming weeks to make it about $20-25 for this year from me (last year I only did half that).
 
For some reason I have never really cared for penny arcade as a webcomic but childsplay is awesome. Just wish I was financially in a position to donate more. Keep up the good work :)
