Any way to add merchants on game pages?

I have price alerts for a few games but I've noticed they're only checking for prices at a rather limited number of retailers (two). Is there any way to submit new listings to expand that net?

Sorry if this is confusing or in the wrong section. I'm not quite clear on all the CAG-specific terminology yet.

There is not a way to make this configuration change that I know of. It is mainly because of the work involved in getting this pricing data. Most retailers don't make this information easy to get for competitive reasons. If you wanted to help write and maintain the data collection adapters, i'm sure that cheapyd would be glad to talk with you about it.

That sounds like a lot of work!

That said, there is a plugin for FireFox called "Invisible Hand" that detects when you're looking at an item for purchase and then searches a bunch of other stores so it can tell you if there's a better price on it out there. They must have figured out a way to do it, right?
