Instead of having to rummage through long posts I figured we should get together and post the local finds / deals here. I run across discounted stuff all the time so I'll update as I find stuff, encourage everyone else to do the same. Off the top of my head,

360 Wireless black controller + 4 games (Ms Pac Man, Lumines, Bomberman, Geo Wars 2) - 29.99 - Best Buy Tenleytown DC 5+ left (11/22/10)
Lips + 2 wireless mics (same as "premium" mics for $50 retail, Lips is "Latin Edition", which has a couple of spanish songs) - $30 - Best Buy Wheaton / Georgia Ave - 1 left (11/22/10)
Rock Band Track Pack Vol 2 (360, Wii, PS2) - $5 - Family Dollar across from Andrews AFB off Woodyard Rd (some other locations too but not all)
If you guys run into good deals and there's still some left over please post. I know we have alot of CAGS around DC, and this time last year Tenleytown DC / 14th Street BB ran some killer clearances on things amongst other places.
