Call of Duty: Black OPS for Xbox 360

Toys R Us has Buy one game at $59.99 (Black Ops, Assassins Creed, Need for Speed), get a 2nd game 50% off. So it's $45 per game basically, assuming you get another $59.99 game.

Edit: Upon attempting this myself, it looks like it's a horrible joke, you can only get 50% off crappy $20 games :/
