Help me remember a PS1 Game - cats and robot claw vehicle

I'm trying to recall a certain game that I played a long time ago. This is What I remember of it:

Ps1 Action Game.

It had anthropomorphic cat people. They were cute looking.

It might have been top-down view, not 100% on this.

You controlled a bipedal robot with extending arms that had cat-like claws. (If you've seen "conan, boy of the future", then the vehicle was similar to the red one that the pirate guy had.) The arms swayed around when you moved. The arms resembled a metal watch band, -flat and segmented.

There was a level where you were in a mine and you rode on the tracks and there were cat enemies.

That's all i can remember now, thanks for your help.

Unfortunately no, but you did just remind me of what I read through the entirety of the fifth grade. Thanks for the try though.
 
It's totally Tail concerto. I found it by searching amazon.com yesterday while Cag was down. Thanks for the help guys!
 
Hey, I just dug this one out of my garage a year ago and played it on my PS3. Didn't know why, but I had an urge to play it. Still pretty fun!
 
They made a sequel to this one called Solatorobo (Solarobo) for the DS. This is a useless plug post but I had to post it just in case people never heard of it.
