Does Half.com have a phone number to call(Ichecked everywhere on the site and could not find it), I bought a game a couple of weeks ago and now the seller is suspended and has no more stuff listed, I tried to contact him with no response. The weird thing is he had a 250+ feedback rating, so its kind of weird that he got suspended all of a sudden.

Boy, that's weird. Something similar is happening to me. I bought a game from this guy on April 3rd and it's still not here yet. I went to contact him about whether he sent it late or what, and they're listed as "No longer a registered user" in their feedback page. It seems fishy to me, but I'll wait until the full time for media mail is up before I file a claim on it.

Yeah, same here (Wisconsin.) I guess I'll have report it missing and get my money back. Too bad. 40 for new Crimson Sea 2 was a pretty good deal on the first week of it's release.

Usually if they have +feedback then get suspended is that thier games are bootlegged..

I just checked his feedback it looks like he was selling a ton of Zelda bundle discs for $25.00 to $30.00 plus shipping and then was just taking the buyers info and signing them up for the nintendo power subscription and was making like a $10.00 to $15.00 profit on each one.

Well, my thinking is that since he got suspended, or retired, one of the two, Half may not be forwarding mail to him anymore. It's a stretch, but I asked him about my order status both through Half and directly to the email address he had listed on one of his Ebay pages: [email protected]

Then a couple of guys ordered some stuff, and I decided to just take the money and run. Sucks for them, but hey! Free money!

Half.com has lots of ways to fix this problem. You have to use Half.com's forwarding system to at least attempt to contact the user and try to solve teh problem, and if you still have problem after a certain number of days you can file a claim and Half.com will give you your money back.
