And with games like Battlefield down-scaling itself to accommodate lone wolf casuals, the future doesn't seem too bright if you're the type of a gamer looking for a bit more in his FPS. Even Ghost Recon caved in. It's all about the k/d ratios.
Notice how the competitive FPS scene has dwindled because of this as well.
