Amazon - Harvest Moon Animal Parade $19.99 brand new, 60% off

Yeah, I got it when it was $29 as well. They had it at $19.99 for a while now but they wouldn't give me the $10 credit, say they don't price match.
 
As someone else pointed out, Kmart has had this as part of their dump bins at $20 for about three months. Also, Gamestop has it for this price.

I noticed majority of Wii games seem to really keep value.

Yeah, I've seen plenty of copies of this for $19.99 at Kmart. One Kmart had at least 25 copies, while another had about 10.

If you're near a Kmart and really want this for $20, you'll likely be happy.
