You actually only have to go through it 4 more times to get all the endings. There are a total of 6, but the True ending also covers the Coffin ending (aka the worst ending). I would suggest looking up a guide to just tell you what doors to choose in order to get each of the endings and maximize the amount of story/characters that you learn about across all playthroughs. The second guide on Gamefaqs tells you what paths work for each ending at the very beginning of the guide (and there's no spoilers).
