PS4 Slim is only a couple months old. Unfortunately threw out the box. Mint condition, nothing wrong with it.

All accessories are included. However, I swapped out the black controller for a red v2 Sony Dualshock. It was bought new and has only been used a few times.

Haha yes. I will be able to mail your game out today. Couldn't yesterday because I didn't have my car (at mechanics) but I will have it back this afternoon.

Aha, I know where I went wrong now. I typed Colin with two Ls instead of only one. The money should be in your account now, it played nice and didn't say to wait 3-5 days.
