James Bond 007: Quantum of Solace (360) $8.45

I liked it, there's a couple of chase levels, sniper level, qte. All done with the Cod MW engine. It's like a knockoff of COD

I really enjoyed the online. There is a game type that is similar to Guardian in Gears but with an objective to it as well. The single player is fun but too easy on 007 difficulty (like MW2, enemies never respawn). Definitely worth $9.

(Bear in mind I do not play deathmatch, this is entirely based on single player games: )

I bought this for Playstation a couple years back. If you like FPS, it's plenty of fun. Perfectly competant, and I liked it a lot more than Modern Warfare 1 (the last CoD game I played). Feels more like a real game and less like a series of uninteresting disjointed situations.

Only part I liked better about CoD4 was the graphics were better, despite running on the same engine and this coming out later...but this looked perfectly good, just not AS good.

If you were completely hard up for new games, $60 would be okay (though of course since we're CAGs sitting on dozens or hundreds of unplayed games, that's never the case). Otherwise I wouldn't feel bad about recommending it at $20 or whatever. $8.45? Sure, if you like FPS and don't mind Bond, go for it. (I love Bond, but I mean if you were just neutral and want another good solid FPS to play, you can't go wrong.)

This SEEMS like it's a better game than that Blood Stone or whatever, though I've yet to play that.

To me, the single player was the worst part about this game. I got the platinum trophy on the ps3 version, and had the most fun with it online. The single player is like 80% Casino Royale missions while the game is called Quatum of Solace.

The online modes are fun, but I wonder how many people even play this anymore. It was kind of DoA being a movie game plus with how Treyarch released this like a week before World at War, but it was a sleeper with some fun modes and a great cover system. Even the unbalanced and overpowered auto shotguns that everyone uses gave the game charm.

Enjoyed SP. MP was uninspiring. Better game than Blood Stone, but this one is just Call of Duty with Bond. Not a bad thing though.

I remember getting the tshirt edition from Best Buy around 2 years ago for $9.99. Shouldn't the price be like $2 by now, then? ;)

Just wondering if this should be my bond game or Bloodstone. I like Bizarre a bit more but I heard this had the better multiplayer and the single player was a coin toss between both.

I enjoyed it when I played both SP and MP. For under $10 it's a good deal. Had some good MP matches as well once you learn the weapon and cover system

Well personally I thought Bizarre's last shooter-ish game was horrible, and this is rock solid, so I'd be surprised if I liked Blood Stone as well as this. This got better reviews, for what that may or may not be worth.

I'm the complete opposite.
SP - Blood Stone > QoS mainly because it's not another COD (don't we all have enough COD in recent years?!)
MP - Draw

At $8, is a good pick up if you just can't have enough COD.

This game is not a Bond style game. This is a Call of Duty with Bond as a character. Blood Stone is a truer Bond game, like Everything or Nothing last gen.

There's nothing wrong with the CoD formula. I think QoS was a darn good flavor of it, too.

I hate to rag on it, though, but Blood Stone disappointed me terribly. I wanted it to be like Everything or Nothing but it had none of the creativity or charm.

This is one of the few crappy looking shooters that turned out pretty good. Back in the day, I wasted numerous hours on the multiplayer. Think of CoD4 in James Band skin with alot of crappy players. Pretty sweet if you ask me :)

It's a $4.20 clearance game @ TRU x360/ps3 I've picked them up to trade @ GS when they have the extra $5 per game trade offer.
