Beware, Matt Davis (xbustahx) is a scammer.

He bought an xbox from me on Feb 13 ( forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=728191 )

He told me that his current xbox was banned from XBL, thus the reason to buy a clean one from me.

He gives me a rep in this thread ( forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=728370 )

A few days ago he filed a claim with paypal claiming that it RROD'ed on him after 10 hours, and that he was worried when he first turned it on (despite the rep he gave a few days after receiving it)

I confirmed today that he has been online TODAY with the console I sold him

I realize this post is trivial and will get probably get erased, but I want to show everyone that he is a scammer, and will likely do the same thing to you. He will buy something from you, claim it is broke, then file a paypal claim to get free stuff.

This guy scammed me (or the Xbox just sold me broke, either way, I won't assume) and is pissed that I went to paypal over it.

Two xbox's is not a rarity in this world, actually, I have three, including the one he sent me. Working on getting a fourth to replace the one he sold me.

One is my live console, no mods, no nothing. I play legit games on there, no backups, etc. I watch Netflix almost constantly.

I bought a new console to play back-ups, it broke.

And my third is a banned one I'm selling to a friend soon.

Anyways, do what you gotta do man. You are indeed a smart scammer. Finding me on google is genius...

Oh, and one last thing.

Paypal is horrible at covering you dude. Yes, I filed for my money back after you refused to work with me. Will I get it back?

Highly doubt it. Just saying. There is better ways to get free stuff, so thats clearly not my intention.
