Points2Shop: Are age 13-17's eligible for MS Points, game consoles, etc.?

I know it looks out-of-place for this thread to be in this forum category, but it's the best one I could find.

That said, I have several questions relating to age and Points2Shop for those who've had experience with it:


  • Are Microsoft Points, M-Rated games, and console rewards eligible for age 13+ or only 18+ ?
  • Points2Shop's FAQ notes that if you're 13-17, you'll need parental consent. Upon sign-up, is there an additional form that a parent must also input on top of your own?


  • Least priority question: Generally, what prizes are and aren't available for 13-17's?
