Trying to find a game. Please help.

I am trying to find a medieval ps2 game but cant remember the name. I already know of all final fantisys and dragon quests so dont post anything about them. from what i remember about the game, you get to fight a dragon at the end and in the middle you fight some weird robot,. you start out in a castle. you get to go into the sewers and into a forest where you find a tree that leads you to a town of gods or something. If anyone knows the game please tell me. if you dont than tell me a good medieval game.
