LOL who would want this at this point ? For that price ? The game was a huge disappointment IMO. You can have the regular English version for 10 or less.

Metacritic has it an 88 (out of 93 critic reviews) not sure about HUGE disappointment.

if you can get it with decent shipping then it's a good deal. The gameplay is much nicer then the first one. The use of little sisters is one of the only times i have enjoyed escort missions. The only reason it isn't as good as the first is because the world didn't have the mystery and there wasn't a giant revelation at the end. But if you liked the gameplay from the first you'll love the second. Multi players not worth it.

The extras in this are pretty sweet. The posters have an awesome secret that make them great and they have nice weight and don't feel cheap (don't feel laminated which is nice). The book is good, i have seen better but it's a nice hard cover. The music cd is great and the art design of the record makes it a nice wall decoration to frame or just to have. Box art design is fantastic with a butterfly silhouette made out of little sister handprints. over great collectors edition.

I don't care about rate. Did you play the game? Boring, plodding, not fresh. Overall disappointment rating not withstanding.

In fact I did play the game...did you? Seems like you are in quite the minority as it AVERAGED an 88 from 93 reviewers. The story was good, combat familiar and you got to see a whole different side of Rapture. Not as good as the first of course but a good game all the same.

OT: Good deal if you are into CE and if the shipping didn't kill it. Great extras...

the game was linear, and had the same sort of plot as the first one, Still a good game though. I loved it. The CE is great, but shipping kills this deal.

FYI: This is available for $29.99 at Gamestop(if you can find it).

Indeed. Also, the multiplayer, which I thought was gonna end up being a complete waste, actually was quite fun. I put a lot more time into it than I ever thought I would.

Just picked up one from a gamestop by me for $29.99 + tax. I definitely have to say that this is one of the best special edition games I've picked up.

Yes i played the game threw twice. I enjoyed it both times. I would give it easily 8.5/10. Yes its somewhat similiar to the first thats why they are going to the air for 3rd/infinite.

huge disappointment? If anything it was well above expectations. This was a sequel to one of the best titles over the last decade and most felt wasn't necessary(myself included). I recently played it and was very shocked that i enjoyed every second and am happy to say i was impressed that they not only added to the lore, but did so without diminishing the impact of the first game. Even loved the DLC that is available. The game was worth full price and to get the collector's for only $30 at most places these days is a great deal.
