PS3 - Siren: Blood Curse (New Translation) Asia Version w/ English Language - $30

I haven't used them before either, but they had a secured checkout process and reading online from other websites says that they are legit.
 
No trophy support, but the games in full English. I think the manual is too, but I haven't looked at it in awhile.

Ape escape on the move is also available at play asia for the Asian version with full English support. It will only hit psn in the states.

I just grabbed Siren off Amazon Warehouse for $8.50 there's another one for $7.50 in Very Good condition.

This will replace one I got from GameStop years ago without the case or manual.

Question though, I'm looking at the Siren 2 and thinking about picking it up.
Since the PS3 is region free will this circumvent PS2 region locking?

Unfortunately, the region-free part is only for PS3 games/blu-rays. PS2 and PS1 are still region-locked (but that would have been an incredible feature/selling point if they'd included it!).

idunno about atarifreak, but mine for sure mine was 2 weeks ago. used a $25 promo coupon that they gave me for canceling my DA2 signature edition preorder. lol theres no way i could've preordered the DA2 signature edition 2 years ago..i think.

Lucky I got a 60GB Japanese PS3 :] Can play all the import ps1/ps2 games and all PS3 games. Still kept my regular ps2 for all my non imports.

I got mine 2 YEARS ago from Play Asia, it was normally $49.99, but they had it on sale for $2x.xx. I believe it was $25, but could have been $29.

I didn't even know this was coming out, definitely have to get it. Do you know why there's two versions of the game on the site, though? One's more expensive than the other.
 
Disregard my last post. Just looked up videos of the Move version of the game, and it's turned into some FPS Point Blank-type monkey smacking game. Shame.

Might still pick up Siren.

Siren is definitely worth it, don't know about Ape Escape. I'm waiting for a price drop on that one. The cheaper one is only Chinese or other Asian Language, and the one for $35 is in English.
 
I picked this up last year from Play-Asia and received without a problem. I've played through it twice; it was an amazing game. Here's hoping it was successful enough to give us another sequel or remake!!
